Get involved at Mt. Olivet Baptist Church by participating in our ministries. We have opportunities for all age groups! Our ministries are structured to help you meet others, develop community and grow in your walk with God.
Sunday School
There is a class for everyone during Sunday School. If you’re new to Mt. Olivet, greeters will help guide you to the Sunday School class of your choice.
Family Night
Held on Wednesdays while public schools are in session, Family night offers a fellowship dinner followed by Bible studies for all ages.
Children's Ministry
Our children's ministry creates a strong spiritual foundation from birth through Fifth Grade. Through Children's Church and a variety of events, children learn to know and follow Jesus and become like him.
Music Ministry
Mt. Olivet's music ministry embraces a wide variety of music styles from traditional hymns to bluegrass to contemporary praise music. The ministry leads Christmas and Easter cantatas and a bell choir.
Youth Ministry
From those intimidating days as a new sixth grader to bittersweet last moments as a high school senior, our youth group encourages following Christ through a complex world.
Grief Share
A grief recovery support group where you can find help and healing for the hurt of losing a loved one.
Made for Moms
A community where mothers are authentically known, deeply loved, and gently challenged to grow closer to Jesus in everything they do.
Men of Grace
and Granite
We’re serious about being conformed to Christ, and this study compels men to think deeply about truth.
Body and Soul
Body and Soul offers a weekly workout for all ages where faith and fitness meet! Utilizing two instructors for visuals, workouts are appropriate for different fitness levels.

Seniors
Young at Heart is an active ministry for senior adults. Some may be retired, but all are working to serve God. The group enjoys learning together along with the fellowship of dinners, day trips and missions.
Young Adults
The Gathering is a for young adults in their 20-30's. The group worships Jesus while supporting each other through a period full of transitions - college, career, marriage and parenthood.
Deacons
Our Deacons enhance the general well-being and ministry of the church. They work with the staff in identifying and responding to the spiritual and tangible needs of the membership and its pastoral community.
Library
Books fill the hallways at Mt. Olivet to help members in their individual walk with God and as we work together as a church to grow spiritually and to understand God’s message to us.
